How to reach us
The fastest way to get a diagnosis started is a short email or message describing the problem — what the mower is doing (or not doing), the brand and model if known, and whether it’s gas, electric, or cordless. That lets us give you a realistic estimate before you even bring it in.
Workshop drop-off
Most repairs are handled at the workshop in Milan. Drop the mower off during opening hours, and we’ll usually have a diagnosis and fixed quote back to you the same day. If the repair needs ordered parts, we’ll tell you upfront rather than let it sit on the bench without an update.
On-site visits
For ride-on tractors, zero-turn mowers, or anything difficult to transport, we offer on-site visits within Milan. Mention this when you get in touch and we’ll confirm availability and any travel fee.
Emergency or time-sensitive repairs
If a mower has broken down right before you need it — a scheduled cut, a rental property turnover, a landscaping job — say so in your message. We prioritize genuinely time-sensitive repairs where we can.
Send a message
Fill in the form and we’ll get back to you within one business day, usually sooner.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a diagnosis cost?
We provide a clear, upfront estimate before any work begins, once the mower has been inspected. There are no hidden fees added after the fact.
Do you work on all brands?
Yes — we repair all brands and all power types: gas, electric, and cordless/battery mowers, ride-on tractors, trimmers, and robotic mowers.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most straightforward repairs (blade sharpening, tune-ups, common electrical faults) are completed within 48 hours. Repairs requiring ordered parts take longer, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline once the part is identified.
Can I get a quote without bringing the mower in?
We can give a rough estimate based on your description, but a firm quote requires a hands-on inspection, since many mower issues have more than one possible cause.
