Engine & Motor Repair
Whether it’s a gas engine that won’t start, an electric motor that’s lost power, or a cordless drive unit that’s stalling under load, we diagnose the actual fault before touching a bolt. Common issues we see: fouled spark plugs, carburetor gumming from old fuel, worn brushes on electric motors, and failed capacitors on corded models.
Most engine and motor repairs are completed within 48 hours once the fault is identified.
Blade Sharpening & Balancing
A dull or unbalanced blade is the single most common cause of a rough, uneven, or torn-looking cut. We sharpen to factory edge geometry and balance every blade to prevent the vibration that wears out spindle bearings early. This is usually our fastest service — most blades are done same-day.
Battery & Charging Systems
Cordless mowers fail in one of a few predictable ways: a swollen or dead cell, a charger that’s stopped outputting correctly, or a BMS (battery management system) fault that shuts the pack down as a safety measure. We test cell-by-cell so you know exactly whether the pack is repairable or needs replacing — instead of just being told “buy a new battery.”
Ride-On Tractor & Zero-Turn Service
Ride-on mowers and zero-turns see more mechanical stress than a push mower — hydrostatic transmissions, PTO clutches, and wider decks all add points of failure. We service the full drivetrain, deck belts, spindles, and steering/hydraulic systems, and can usually diagnose a “loses power on hills” or “pulls to one side” complaint on the first visit.
Seasonal Tune-Ups
A tune-up before your first cut of the season (or before winter storage) catches small problems before they become expensive ones. Includes oil change, air and fuel filter check, spark plug replacement, belt and cable inspection, and a blade check. This is the single best way to avoid a mid-season breakdown.
Trimmers, Edgers & Small Tools
String trimmers, hedge trimmers, edgers, and robotic mowers are often turned away by larger repair shops because the labor doesn’t “scale.” We service them anyway — string head assemblies, gearbox faults, robotic mower charging dock and sensor issues included.
