1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MowerInsights.com (the “Site”) and any lawn mower repair, maintenance, or advisory services provided by Mower Insights (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Siddik Kazi in Milan, Italy (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Who we are

Mower Insights is a lawn mower repair, maintenance, and content business based in Milan, Italy, providing both hands-on repair services and independent reviews, buying guides, and educational content covering lawn mowers and related equipment.

3. Use of the website

3.1 Permitted use

Content published on MowerInsights.com — including product reviews, comparisons, buying guides, and how-to articles — reflects our own testing, research, and hands-on repair experience. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• Product specifications, prices, and availability may change after publication and may not always reflect the most current information at the time you read the article
• Reviews reflect our experience with a specific unit and may not represent every unit of the same model due to manufacturing variance
• Content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for the manufacturer’s official documentation, particularly for safety-related instructions

7. Repair and maintenance services — terms of engagement

7.1 Estimates and quotes

Before any repair work begins, we provide a diagnosis and a fixed quote based on the issue identified during inspection. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period following inspection and may change if, once work begins, additional issues are discovered that were not visible during the initial inspection — in which case we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work.

7.2 Parts

We use genuine or equivalent-grade replacement parts. Where a specific part is unavailable or cost-prohibitive, we will discuss alternatives with you before proceeding.

7.3 Turnaround time

Estimated repair timelines are provided in good faith based on typical repair complexity and parts availability. Timelines may be affected by parts backorders or unforeseen complications and are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

7.4 Workmanship guarantee

Repairs performed by Mower Insights are backed by a workmanship guarantee covering the specific repair performed. If the same issue recurs within a reasonable period due to a fault in our repair work, we will address it at no additional labor cost. This guarantee does not cover unrelated issues, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse after the mower is returned.

7.5 Uncollected equipment

Equipment left at the workshop for repair should be collected within a reasonable period after we notify you that the work is complete. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding uncollected equipment before any further action is taken.

7.6 Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote. Full payment is generally due upon completion of the repair and before equipment is returned, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mower Insights and Siddik Kazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or damage to equipment resulting from a purchase decision made based on published content. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Italian or EU consumer protection law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for defective services under applicable consumer protection statutes.

For repair services specifically, our liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including retailer and manufacturer sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

11. Consumer rights (EU/Italy)
